TAROS 2025 is happy to announce that this year we are also accepting submissions to our new
poster track. This track is ideally suited to the presentation of more preliminary work. All posters
submitted to the track will be peer reviewed and, if accepted, considered for our two sponsored
poster prizes: best poster and best research. Accepted poster authors will be invited to present
their poster at TAROS 2025 during one of our poster track sessions. All accepted poster track
submissions will appear on the TAROS 2025 website after the conference is complete.
All posters should be:
- Portrait in orientation, and
- Fit on a board of 1210x2100mm (A1 or A0 recommended)
For acceptance, and prize selection, we will be evaluating all submissions against the
following criteria. Please take a moment to consider whether your poster meets these criteria
before submitting through EasyChair.

- Relevance to the Conference Theme
- Does the submission align with the theme of autonomous robotic systems?
- Does it address relevant topics, including but not limited to: perception, planning, control,
learning, multi-robot systems, or human-robot interaction?
- Scientific Contribution
- Does the poster present novel research, methodologies, or applications?
- Are the contributions significant in advancing the state of the art in autonomous robotic
systems?
